The Associate should have a broad knowledge and understanding of most meeting types and be an expert of internal procedures, guidelines and policies within Merck. She/He interacts with customers to drive efficient and cost effective meeting operation and same time comply with company policy and procedure.

Main Activities

日常会议行政工作:系统录入、文件扫描及存档、预订客户机票等

负责审核所有会议供应商结算文件

确保文件符合公司SOP,Policy且符合合规要求。

管理并外部供应商沟通确保结算文件符合公司要求

® Accounting/Auditing/Meeting Management Major preferred

® Experience with Meeting, Event Management and Administration preferred

® Good oral and written English

® Familiar with MS office(word/excel/powerpoint)

Main Activities

® Meeting operation and management

® Partner with business and understand meeting requirement

® Coordinate with all parties and ensure meetings running smoothly (business, GP, Compliance, vendor etc.)

® FCPA process coordination and follow

® Prepare necessary meeting documentations

® Onsite meeting support and coordination when required

® Hotel contract submission and payment follow

® Monthly accrual check and expense tracking

® Filing and payment coordination

® Problem solving in daily operation and operational issues escalation to team leaders

® Maintaining customer centricity and service excellence

岗位职责

1、来电、来访人员接待,文件档案收集整理工作;

2、协助行政经理完成日常事务工作,负责公司各部门办公用品的领用和分发工作;

3、按照会议的相关要求,做好会场布置及会前各项准备工作,做好会议记录和会后内容整理工作;

4、遵守服务规范,热情、主动、周到、细致、文明礼貌的接待与会人员;

5、会务支持,包括访客指引与茶水服务等;

6、负责会议场地、会议设备、设施的管理和维护,确保正常使用;

7、负责协调、配合各部门各岗位工作;

8、领导交予的其他事项。

任职要求:

1、大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理、物业管理、物流管理等相关专业优先,优秀者可放宽;

2、普通话标准,形象气质佳,具有亲和力;

3、具有一定的协调能力,以及良好的人际交往能力和沟通技巧;

4、 熟练操作办公软件,具有较强抗压能力;

5、 良好的团队合作精神,较强的观察力和应变能力;

6、遵守公司各项规章制度,完成领导交办的其他工作。

岗位职责:1、客户的课程行程通知、行政会务等相关工作;
2、与客户建立良好的联系,熟悉及挖掘客户需求,及时解答客户问题;
3、建立客户档案,定期回访客户对课程的满意度;

任职资格:1、年龄要求:20-30岁,***优先,专科以上学历;
2、形象气质佳,有上进心、服从管理、有团队精神;
3、有较好的客户服务意识;
4、熟练操作电脑办公软件;

福利待遇:1、工资3000-5000元/月,工作时间:8小时工作制,9:00~18:00,单休;
