1. 负责B2B、B2C客房预订业务;
2. 联系供应商(酒店或同行),取得优势报价,促成订单;
3. 负责B2B、B2C平台酒店资料的更新及完善。

2. 负责接听中国地区以及国外所有集团酒店及度假村的销售预定,协助解答客户询问;
3. 安排酒店预订,遵照公司的制度与程序,以专业的水准提供给客户有关酒店集团的酒店信息,并着重强调我们的销售与服务;
4. 接听并处理来自旅行社、商业机构以及公众客户的预定电话;
5. 接听并协助解答集团优先顾客的电话咨询,协助完成优先顾客会员登记。
Responsibilities:
1. To provide a differentiated call experience to our guests, ensure that their needs and enquiries are taken care of. Make our callers feel unique and special and help create long term customer loyalty;
2. To generate sales for properties both in China and worldwide and to assist in the handling of the customer queries;
3. Book reservations, provide information on all Hotel & Resorts Worldwide Inc properties in a professional manner with specific emphasis on sales and service to the caller in accordance with policies and procedures;
4. Receive and process calls from travel agents, business houses and the general public;
5. Receive calls from and assist with the Preferred Guest member account queries and membership enrollment.

1. 大学以上学历,具备酒店、旅游业或客户服务经验者优先;
2. 英语阅读书写熟练,大学英语四六级优先;
3. 良好的礼仪,具备标准,清晰的普通话发音,个性乐观;

5. 能够同时应对多项任务,适应在富有压力的环境中工作;
6. 能够适应轮班工作制度,可在周末及公众节假日上班;

Requirements:
1. College above, with hotel, tourism or customer service experience preferred;
2. Good command of English reading and writing, CET-6 is preferred;
3. Good courtesy, with pleasant personality, good pronunciation of Mandarin;
4. Enjoy working together as a team and possess initiative to take care of things;
5. Multi-task handling skill, can work under high pressure environment;
6. Willing to take shift duty including weekend and public holiday;
7. Familiar with Windows Office
