?The capacity to analyze Siemens PLC
?Fluent English not only speaking but also writing.
?Strong trouble shooting ability on site.
?Good communicate skill and coordination ability.
?Have the knowledge of high speed automatic production line, experience with punching machine, cutting machine and extruder machine is prefered.
?SAP experience is a Plus.
1. 负责设备电气方面的检修维护保养，故障诊断和排除工作；
2. 巡视监测相关区域电气设备运行状态。
3. 负责厂房的照明、插座、配电箱的点检维护维修工作；
4. 填写有关记录和维修记录工作。
5. 新设备安装及调试工作。
要求：
1. 熟悉电气基本控制原理，能看懂基本的电气图纸；
2. 有实际电气工作经验和设备维修经验；
3.动手能力强，持高低压电工上岗操作证。
4.具备良好的沟通能力，吃苦耐劳精神。
5.考虑到会出现加班以及去芜湖短暂工作，有驾照与车的优先。
1、生产设备和设施电气控制系统管理；保证安全供电，保证电气设备正常运转。
2、PLC控制系统的电气改造；测试程序的备份，优化。
3、做好电气备件的采购，管理。
4、配合新设备电气的安装调试。
5、上级安排的其它任务。
专业知识与技能要求
1、精通传感变送，步进饲服，变频调速，液压气动，可编程控制器，人机触摸屏，工控通讯，自动化机构，计算机运用等。
2、可以绘制，审核、把关电气工程图纸。
3、PLC程序，触摸屏程序编制。
4、制定电气设备各项规章制度及操作sop，维修计划及周期检查计划，并协调日常的维修、保养等工作。
5、有注塑机和挤出机电气控制经验佳。
6、能熟练使用办公软件；能看懂英文图纸。
