3、协助市场营销总监对会议团体业务进行管理,如建立团队档案,收集最新展会信息、公司信息资料等;

4、同前厅、餐饮、客房、财务等部门进行联络,及时发放EO单,以保证团队用房及用餐的安排合理并在团队到来之前检查核实团队人员名单,房间分配,用餐地点及时间;协助销售制作会议自助餐券、停车券以及PPT的设置及播放;

5、负责各种销售文件、备忘录、租房协议、销售合同等的归档及保管工作;

7、接听电话、留言,并做好客户资料的收集、整理和保管工作;

8、协助市场营销总监做好每周酒店公众微信号的信息发布及粉丝维护;
